Neck/face lift
The neck is always a tell-tale sign of ageing with deep lines and sagging skin collecting there.
Treatment
Botulinum toxin is injected in selected areas of the lower jawline and the platysma band muscles in the neck. This provides an uplifting effect to the area as the muscles are relaxed that causes an upward pull. The overall effect is a desired one, reducing sagging skin and giving a youthful appearance. This is sometimes referred to as the Nefertiti Lift, which is designed to re-define the jawline and also soften necklines, creating a rejuvenating effect without the need for surgery.
Is the procedure painful?
• Most clients' complain of mild stinging pain as the needles used to administer botulinum are very fine and the doses injected are small amounts
• An anaesthetic cream can be applied 10 minutes prior to treatment to numb the area to further reduce discomfort
How long does it take for the treatment to work and how long does it last?
Results can be noticed 5-7 days post-treatment
